Every January and February, the habitual harmony of the “Seven Hills” becomes a joyful clamor of its main festivity: El Carnaval.
Victoria city is the provincial capital of the Entre Ríos Carnivals: Masks, humoristic carriages, Scolas Do Samba, percussion bands and fancy balls give rhythm and colour to its beautiful summer nights.
